Where does your jewelry come from?
Our jewelry is designed in part by us in Upstate New York. The components and finished pieces are made by manufacturers in Thailand and China. We visit manufacturing facilities in person to verify good working conditions and that employees are treated well. Photos and videos of our trips are available on our social media pages.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
No. Each custom look box arrives with 48 pairs of earrings. You'll pay only for what you select. There’s a 23% discount if you take everything. For the best price, you’ll want to keep your custom 48-piece selection.
May I order specific pieces?
Yes! Once you receive your initial look box, each piece will be labeled with a product number. Just save the number to reorder. If you order three or more of a specific item, you'll get $3 off of each piece.
How do you pronounce Josän?
JOE-sahn means "good morning" in Cantonese. We were inspired by this cheerful greeting while visiting Hong Kong.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We offer a 90-day buy back guarantee on your first order. Try our earrings in your store for 90 days. If you are not completely satisfied, we will buy back your remaining stock at your full purchase price.
Are your earrings on Amazon?
We are strictly wholesale. You won't find our earrings on Amazon, nor do we sell retail. We will not sell to your customers.
What metals are the earrings made of?
We take special care to use only metals considered safe for wearing. Wires and posts may be sterling silver, stainless steel, or hypoallergenic silver plated copper. On every earring, the design component is silver and/or gold plated with a brass or alloy base metal. Our earrings are lead, nickel, and cadmium free.
May I order earrings from the Gallery?
Yes! Simply contact us with the stock numbers that you like. We have no minimum. When you order 3 of any one item, you save 23%.
